Frank is a graduate of Rutgers University and received his M.Div. from Reformed Theological Seminary. Prior to coming to St. Paul’s, he was Senior Pastor of New Life Presbyterian Church in Clermont. Under Campus Crusade he ministered for 14 years in the Philippines and in the Middle East, where he helped to establish seminary training for national pastors. Frank serves on the Examining Committee for the Central Florida Presbytery. He and his wife Agnes have been happily married for 20 years and have one
son, Stephen.
BUD LEONARD, DIRECTOR OF MINISTRIES

Bud came to St. Paul’s in 1994 following a career in the US Army and as the administrator for McLean PCA in Virginia. He served as the St. Paul’s administrator for 15 years before becoming the Director of Ministries. In this capacity he oversees all ministries of the church, and personally focuses on the Men’s Ministry, Home Groups, and Elder Shepherding. With wife Jandra, they have five grown children and eleven grandchildren.
MATT NEWKIRK, PASTOR OF YOUTH AND FAMILIES

Matt received his M.Div. from RTS and is currently a Ph.D. candidate in Old Testament at Wheaton College. He was recently ordained as a Teaching Elder here at St. Paul's. He has served in several churches and has ministered and taught in Mexico, Panama, and Japan. In addition to general pastoral responsibilities, he oversees the ministries to St. Paul’s youth and families and our seminary interns. Matt is married to Caroline and they have one daughter, Lydia
DONNA LOVE, CHILDREN'S MINISTRY DIRECTOR

After 14 years of being a stay-at-home mom, Donna began at St. Paul’s as a part-time Children’s Ministries Director. In 2000 she became our full-time Children’s Director. Her ministry to our children and to their moms is a key ministry of St. Paul’s. Donna has a special love for St. Paul’s as she was one of the original 42 members that started the church in 1991. Donna is a registered nurse, is married to Philip, and has two sons and a daughter.
RON OWEN, MUSIC DIRECTOR

Ron is our very accomplished, and over-qualified part-time music director. He brings a wealth of experience to our worship and music ministry and has developed the choir and instrumentalists to add vibrant, classically-oriented music to our worship. Ron writes his own musical scores and adapts music for the choir and instrumentalists to enhance our offering of praise to God.
JUSTIN BORGER, PASTORAL FELLOW FOR DISCIPLESHIP & OUTREACH

Justin serves as pastoral fellow for Christian discipleship and community outreach. Before coming to St. Paul’s he worked as a writer for Generous Giving and as Generosity Content Director for the Maclellan Foundation. In 2010 he published God So Loved He Gave: Entering the Movement of Divine Generosity (Zondervan, 2010), with his former professor, Dr. Kelly Kapic. Justin holds a B.A. in philosophy from Covenant College and a M.Div. from Reformed Theological Seminary.
RODNEY BARTON, MIDDLE SCHOOL DIRECTOR

Rodney is an RTS seminary student, after nine years of ministry with Campus Outreach. Having three pre-teen children of his own, he is practicing up with our middle schoolers for when his own children become teenagers! He ministers well to our kids at this very pivotal time in their lives. Rodney, wife Jennifer, and their children are very involved in the life of the church.
LIZ RAWLINS, OFFICE MANAGER

Liz joined the St. Paul’s staff in 2007. She is responsible for all office ministry support functions, including coordinating all church events, planning and overseeing hospitality and fellowship functions, keeping track of the church calendar, preparing the weekly bulletins, and a host of other things. In her spare time she helps coordinate our Young Professionals ministry. She is recently married to Jayson Rawlins.

Judy joined the staff last year. Her two children, Joshua and Faith, are in middle school. Judy is a native Floridian and a Gator! She has a computer engineering degree from UF and worked as a programmer for 13 years. She now serves in the St. Paul’s office as an assistant to the pastors and handles church communications.
TRISH MICELI, BOOKKEEPING

Trish returned to the workforce after many years as a stay-at-home Mom, raising two sons with husband Chuck. Her experience in accounting and bookkeeping provides a much-needed service to the church office. She is a graduate of Belhaven University in Jackson, Mississippi, and is a long-time St. Paul’s member.
